1. Data controller

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) apply.

2. What data we process

Depending on how you use the website, we may process:

• Identity and contact data (e.g. name, email address, message content) when you contact us or book a session.

• Booking data (chosen format, appointment, and any details about your child/everyday life) that you submit when booking.

• Technical usage data (e.g. IP address, browser/device type, page views) for hosting and – only with consent – for analytics.

• Cookie/statistics consent status.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries by email or contact form (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual steps, or (f) – legitimate interest in communication).

• Scheduling and delivering consulting, including booking via Cal.com (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

• Operating, securing and technically providing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Web analytics with Google Analytics 4 only after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

• Complying with legal obligations, e.g. tax retention (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

We use the following service providers:

• Vercel Inc. (USA/EU) – website hosting and cookieless web analytics (Vercel Analytics).

• Resend (USA) – sending contact-form emails to us.

• Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics 4 (opt-in only).

• Cal.com Inc. – online appointment booking; when you book, data is also processed by Cal.com.

Where required, data processing agreements apply and/or the providers’ privacy terms.

5. International transfers

Some providers may transfer data to third countries, in particular the USA (e.g. Vercel, Resend, Google, Cal.com).

Where required, this is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or other appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

6. Retention

We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle and follow up, unless longer statutory retention applies.

Booking and contract data are retained according to tax and commercial retention periods (in Spain, at least for the legally required period).

Analytics data is stored according to Google Analytics settings (commonly 14 months unless configured otherwise).

Cookie consents are stored for the duration of the consent or until withdrawal.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR).

You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect (e.g. via “Cookie settings” in the footer).

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

8. Obligation to provide data

Certain details are required for contact and booking. Without them we cannot process your enquiry or booking.

9. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

10. Minors

This website is aimed at parents and carers. We do not knowingly collect children’s data for direct marketing. Any details about children in a consulting context are used only to prepare and deliver the consultation.
